1. Assess

Project risks and priorities are evaluated to assist the overall planning process.

2. Design

The design phase defines the ERP Design, ensuring tight alignment to the “To Be" process design. The ERP design includes systems interface, migration and reporting solutions, as well as the test strategy and plans.

3. Implement & Improve

Our focus in this phase is to ensure that the overall solution is tested from a business and process perspective, and therefore incorporates end to end process testing. We provide Implementation and post implementation support to aid the process owners embed the new solution through training (process/systems oriented), coaching, benefits realization, and measurement of & monitoring key metrics.

We ensure that technology plays a crucial role in delivering a smooth and efficient process, without marginalising risk mitigation, accounting standards and practices, and process controls.
